Monique CM Keffer, M.A. is an interfaith, interspiritual minister, a holistic health practices specialist, and a spiritual director of 10+ years trained in the 6-year certification program at Sacred Ground in St. Paul, Minnesota. A writer with advanced degrees in English, she has been teaching adults for 20 years. She is a member of Awakenings, Sacred Ground, Contemplative Outreach, and Spiritual Directors International, serving as a regular contributor to their Presence magazine. Her passions include writing and reading poetry, fiction, and memoir as spiritual practice, ritual design and facilitating, and embodied prayer utilizing her certificates in yoga teaching and Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices from the University of Minnesota. She lives in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area with her husband of 25 years, three children, a dog and two cats.
